It is quite complicated, so I advise reading them, since the skills you pick up will come in handy. I am not sure if teaching phpMyAdmin is within the scope of this website. A quick google turns up lots of 'how-to' guides written in easy to understand terms, including video guides.

okay... will try and google some more guides. Cause the documentation.txt that is attached to the download doesn't seem very handy :) read it all, and forgot half of it afterwards

thanks for your advice :)

Okay - so now I found out how to use PHPmyAdmin on Youtube, but still haven't found a guide on how to install it on Joomla. Anyone got a link or a easy install guide?

Just to be sure that I properly understand your last question, are you asking how to install phpMyAdmin in Joomla?

Yes... only need install instructions... Can't find a video or a guide on that. Besides the documentation coming with the download... But It seems to me there are some loose ends in it.

No. 4 in the documentations

4. Now you must configure your installation. There are two methods that can be
used. Traditionally, users have hand-edited a copy of config.inc.php......
