Ooops, I misunderstood.
I never did anything in the Kunena User Admin Panel.
(1) But now I checked and only a part of the userlist is there as compared to the Joomla User Admin Panel. (10 out of 19)
(2) None of the registered but blocked users are able to post anything. And yes, I have defined the forum for write access to only registered users.

Thank you. I'm still trying to exhaust every other possibility outside of Kunena as a potential cause of your problem. You have some users (these are ones that were created in the front end) listed in the Kunena User Administration panel. However, even though you have Kunena users who can and have posted to your forum, you still do not see any of those "Kunena users" displayed as the "Latest Member"? Is that correct? :S

Never did anything = none of the earlier statements I made wrt changing their access level and unblocking them.
The Kunena User Admin was used for assigning moderators to a forum.

Did a check just now and I see that the users in the Kunena User Admin panel are only those who have posted something in the forum. Those who have not posted yet are not listed.
And yes, even if I have Kunena users who can and have posted in the forum, I do not see anything in the Latest Members field display.

Thank you. This does, indeed, confirm that something that should be working is not working at your website. The next question is, what do we do about this? That's a bit hard to tell. The only easy answer that I have for you is to run the Kunena Synchronize Users facility - but you've probably already done that (and it may have no effect).

Please read docs.kunena.com/index.php/Synchronizing_users - I'm sorry, it's not particularly well written. Make sure you click the Sync (sic) icon button located on the top right of that page.

Did this help with your problem?

Tried again, unfortunately, it doesn't help.
No effect in running the Kunena Synchronize Users function

Checked also the document but it describes what the function does. No help on resolving the issue.
