So, now that we understand what you are saying, you clicked the button shown here typed some text, and the text was not displayed. Is that correct? And you're saying that you could not enter Arabic text into your display, is that correct? What seems to be the problem?

Hello there. I have the exactly same problem as this user.

I am using Kunena 1.5.9 with the default template.

The model situation of the problem:
1) I do write Comment to any topic
2) I click the "send" button
3a) The comment is sended alright.
3b) The comment is not sended and the window is the same as if the comment is correct, but the notice of succesfull comenting is "blank".
3c) The comment is not sended and i am redirected into "main page - Categories in my case"

- It seems "random" of when the comment is sended right ( a - very quick ) or not sended ( b, c - loading for a while and "fail" ), but its for sure more than 40% of the time ( its not sended ).

Do not know, what can cause this, any idea?

Do you write in Arabic, Bab?

it doesn`t happen for every single arabic reply
maybe the long one or i don`t know .. something like the reply in text file which i upload for u ..
and i have other replies that alwyas comes empty i save them in case u want to see or try by yourself
i translate the reply " which comes empty" to English by google , then i paste it and add it as a reply .. but every thing was fine after translation it didn`t become empty ..
i tried to add a very long arabic reply .. it didn`t become empty
what i want to say that is happen with some arabic reply , and happen with a long arabic reply usually..

اما بالنسبه "للنسيان " فحالتك مقاربه لحالة صديقتي .. فإنها تعاني منه كثيرا فهي لاتنسى ادق التفاصيل ولقد رأيت ذلك ..
فنصحتها بأنها لو كانت جالسه وحدها وبدأت بتذكر .. فالتشغل نفسها بأي شي .. وان لم يفد معها .. فالتصلي ركعتين .. فلا اعلم قد ينفع هذا بعض الشي !!

OK, I now understand what you mean. I copied and pasted the text in the file. (There are also emoticons in there, too. Maybe that's a contributing factor?) The message appears blank (although if you edit it, you can see the arabic text). I suspect part of the problem lies in the fact that Arabic is a RTL language. If your text contains mixed left-to-right and right-to-left contents, then maybe that's what's going on?

I don't know what is the problem here, but I'll ask the developers. Thanks for your patience and understanding. We were both getting a little frustrated with one another, weren't we? :laugh:
