Kunena 7.0.4 Released
The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0
Topics that are moved into this category are generally considered to be closed. Users may want to add additional information but these topics should not be resurrected in order to discuss new problems or unrelated matters.

Our new mod_security setup is catching some of the settings and blocking the upload attempt. Need to look into that.
As for your settings:
As I tried to say before: Please limit changes. Make a few changes - test - test - test and once you know what it does, go to the next step. Get rid of apc and eaccelerator for now - again this is for later - once the real problem has been fixed in your config. You seem to like throwing everything you can find at a problem. That is not helpful and will make root cause analysis a pain.
As for MySQL settings
You should avoid going overboard on everything but you ignore the important facts. You seem to have 50MB of data and some 8GB of memory thrown at it for caching. Not only a waste - it will slow things down.
I am pretty sure your entire site and traffic could run really fast on a server with 1-2GB of memory. Sometimes having too much of it makes you do wrong things.
1.) Make sure all you joomla and component tables are InnodDB. Pleas confirm this - the locking ratio says otherwise
2.) join_buffer_size = 2M anything more is a huge waste
3.) the number of queries taking more than 5 sec is way out of control. As I said before on a clean Kunena install we are seeing 16 (exceeding 1 sec) out of 66M
4.) Given the amount of MySQL tables and open file it looks like you have a ton of other Joomla extensions installed. How many mysql databases do you have and how many tables are in the joomla database?
Lets start with those 4 - turning other things off is ok but please don't add any new settings or 'things' to your server.

What about the InnoDB tables? Have you converted all that are possible (you cannot convert those with full text indices)?
If your Joomla db is on InnoDB for all tables, please post a new snapshot of the two mysql tuning scripts, as well as a top. Need to see the server load (pls without running any benchmarking on it, as that will always max out the server) plus user. system and wait IO.

Ahhh - and disable JBolo for now - when you do make sure its plugin is disabled or removed.
It is a true server killer. Its ajax calls on every page load more than quadruples server load.
I tried it on starVmax.com and took it off for that very same reason.

Should have looked at this with FireBug much earlier.
Get FireFox, install Firebug, go to any page on your site and look at the console.
You will see fatAjax.js run in an infinite loop to make page requests over and over and over. Any user leaving a browser open will do a 'load test' against your site. Have a hundred concurrent users and your server will be maxed out. I bet for every real page load, JBolo gives you and extra 25-100 for normal browsing.
During the time it took me to write this message that ajax script made the following calls:
Definitely JBolo. Get rid of it ASAP and see your server fall asleep.
As you can see FireBug has stopped recording as the limit was reached well before I copy the messages in here. Not only is this a server killer by itself, the fact that it also makes illegal calls to the /forum?mode.... just puts crazy load on your server.
