Kunena 7.0.4 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

I have a website where I wanted to move a user from Fresh Border to Platinum Border from admin panel, though he has 0 post. I need it like gifiting. is there a way. Please let me know as i need it badly...

Hi eyashwant,

there is no way to do this from admin panel. Only way is to change number of post for this user in phpMyAdmin (database).

Ok, then I will try in phpmyadmin and get back to you
may be you need to add this as an extra feature in next version
this is also an easy add may be 2 mins of your job :)
I dont know how to create addon for kunena
is there any doc.

I did as u said.
In the profile it showed 41 posts
yet the rank does not change
is it a bug or security?
how can we change the rank in phpmyadmin
how to do it as i am promoting some users...i need it badly sir...
please tell me a solution asap.

found it
there is a colum called RANK
1-8
I can change it and it gets changed
Hurray!!!
Now there is no need to change the post
I can make him a high rank with out any changes

Hi,
be sure then this user have not assigned rank.

Go to User Administration, open the configuration for this user and for option "Rank Title" select "No Rank Assigned".
