Question changing colours in tabs

changing colours in tabs was created by chicaloca
hi
i posted about this a while back but I've only now began to look at the answer and trying to figure it out.
basically ive got this:
kds.dkeenan.co.uk/index.php?option=com_kunena&Itemid=37
and I'd like to change the tab colours to something more fitting with the colour scheme.
I've used firebug and i think I've found what I need to change. Its called tabmenuleft in the images folder and looks like the image I've attached. What I want to do is change the background colour of the tabs both when theyre rolled over when they are. Its tricky to tell in the css as every time the mouse is hovered over part of it then removed it changes. Would it be that image I need to change in addition to some css? Any pointers would be great

Yes, well, CSS isn't going to help you, unfortunately
The tab colours are generated by images. What you need to do is to edit the background images (there are four of them) using image editing software (like Paintshop Pro) and change the "blue" part into something more fitting.
It's a bit of a fiddle.
I created a few images for one of our users that might help: see How do I change the background colours of my tabs? which I referred you to in a question you asked on the same subject a while ago. The answer to your question is the same.
