Kunena 7.0.4 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

Hi,

Updating Kunena 1.5.9 stable I get the following error: "There was an error uploading this file to the server."

Any idea how to resolve? :unsure:

Assuming that you're having problem with the installation procedure, see Installation error message "There was an error uploading this file to the server" . Although that topic dealt with a user having a problems installing from a tarball archive, you might try using a zip file instead.
If you already have Kunena 1.5.9 installed, this kind of message could be caused by many things
- File/directory permissions
- Kunena configuration settings

1) check your php upload limit:
* search for post_max_size in url: administrator/index.php?option=com_admin&task=sysinfo
* tar: value >= 4M
* zip: value >= 2M
* gzip, bzip2: value >= 1M

2) check your joomla tmp directory permissions
