Question Categories private on kunena

Hi all.

How Can I set a private catogories on kunena?

If I set a categorie only for registred player...... the unregistred can't see the category... I want, as all other board for joomla, that an unregistred player can see the categorie, but can't go inside.

What you are asking it's not possible, you don't let the access to a category to a group of user, the category can't be displayed.

WHAT? all boards can do this! Why is no possibile?

I want that a user see a name of categorie, but should be registred for see the post.

I have a forum only for registred members, now all unregistred user can't see the categories......and nobody create an account on my forum if can't see come categories, the forum is empity for unregistred. Really strange, this is an important option!

no external plughin for do this? bah, this is very funny if we consider that kunena is one of the best forum for joomla.

You need to set inherit child objects to yes When you create the forum there will be a "inheret" option below. Set both to yes and try again....
