Question Thread View Counter....?

Kunena! There is a Joomla 1.5.15 (which is old) and but there is no Kunena V 1.5.15.

Do you know what version of Kunena you are using? Do you know how to find out? :dry:

no...don't now how to find it... I've just been told its been updated to the latest vervion but the view counter still not working...

If you are using the latest version (K 1.5.12) but the template you're using wasn't updated, too, I think that's what accounts for the situation you now have. I'm not going to go into a detailed technical explanation but this is one of the main causes of most of the problems that we have (see K 1.5.12 - Known issues )

You have a few options: the easiest one is to get hold of the people who built your website and upgraded Kunena and tell them that you're not happy.

If you have access to your adminstrator website (the "backend", we sometimes call it) you should go to Components » Kunena Forums and look at the bottom line of that screen. It should say something like: Installed version: Kunena 1.5.12 | 2010-06-19 | 1897 [ Calificar ] | Copyright: © 2008-2009 Kunena | License: GNU GPL

You have the latest version on kenuna and the latest template, all files for the forum are the latest versions

I'm sorry but that is non-responsive. You were not informed what version you have installed - please check it, as I have instructed you - and the template is not the standard, unmodified Kunena default_ex template but someone else's customised version of it.
