Kunena 7.0.4 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

Access denied means that you do not have permissions to do that. You must change your user permissions or try to find another way.

It was user error - was trying to import over existing tables. Apparently you have to delete them first and then import them.

Does anyone know which tables the forum uses so I can import the forum threads over as well?

Hi all - it's ok. I found the tables and moved them over. they were all the jos_fb_nnn tables.

Everything works beautifully except for a minor problem. The Avatars don't show up and when I try to upload a new one, I get this error

Found something about the image processor and set GD to none. The avatar loaded up and displays but got this error.

Hello,

Try to disable FTP mode in Joomla! configuration panel.

You are using too a very old Kunena version, please upgrade to Kunena 1.5.11.
I don't provide support by PM, because this can be useful for someone else.

If I disable the ftp in joomla, won't that create problems with articles?

I'm very reluctant to upgrade Kunena because in my previous experiences with upgrading mac software, it creates more problems than it solves.
