Kunena 7.0.4 Released
The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0
Important [Merged topic] Kunena RSS feed does not work with Registered Users-only forum
I mean this in the nicest possible way but who cares? If your RSS feed validates, good: you can feel comfortable knowing that the W3C says your site honours the W3C conventions for RSS feeds. If your feed does not validate but you can view the feed in your web browser, then does it matter? In any case the validation problem seems to have been because I lopped off &lang=en from the URL of the feed. It validates on w3.org with it, but gives the "direct access" error without it, despite both working in my browsers.
Let's get back to the issue. What is your specific problem? Was your specific problem knowing why your RSS feed would not validate? I think we've answered that one. What else would you like to know?

Returning the variable allows the feed to pass validation and work in modules fine.
Obviously I should have just tried the original feed URL manually, silly of me not to. Thanks again for your help, confirming it validated for you indicated a probable PEBCAK bug on this end.

Still I get following error, when clicked RSS button on the Discussion Forum
"error on line 1 at column 6: XML declaration allowed only at the start of the document"
At feeds.feedburner.com I get the following error
"The URL you entered does not appear to be a valid feed. We encountered the following problem: Error on line 1: The processing instruction target matching "[xX][mM][lL]" is not allowed."
I dont understand how to solve it.
Can anyone help please,
Prakash

I've got the newest version of kunena but I can't seem to get RSS feeds working.
I mean they're enabled in my configs and all but it won't update new posts.

As you can see here it's not updating my forum posts.
What can I do to fix this? Please advise , thanks!
