Kunena 6.2.6 released
The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 6.2.6 [K 6.2.6] which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 4.4.x/5.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.1 / K 6.2 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 6.2

It's not entirely clear to me but is the site completely rebuilt or an upgrade from previous joomla 3 version?
And if the earlier version was a joomla 3 version, communtiy builder worked well.
What's still possible is that you might be able to run in administrator > components > Community Builder: Tools button synchronize User
and possibly perform the checks
and at Community Builder: Tab Management forum has also been turned on and possibly also Quick Message
and at kunena plugin manager the Kunena - Community Builder Integration also enabled
so that everything is set up in such a way that it is accessible And also all that Published and Enabled
and if the website is public then put here's a link to it
