Question Keep getting disconnected

I'm not sure whether this is an issue with me, or the forum software. However, I just made a post, exited from the forum and came back within a minute. I had to log back in again although it was still telling me I was online. I know that it takes a few minutes for your name to disappear after you have logged out. But this afternoon, I haven't been on here for quite a long time and the same thing happened. It was telling me I was online, but I had to login again.

Only a guess but session management is still in need of work. I believe that is a part of the 1.1 or 1.5 version. I am going to say that when the version with better session handling is available, things like this will no longer be an issue.

It didn't do it this time. Okay, thanks I will wait for changes to take place.

This is a sessions issue with joomla, we still ahven't managed how to fix... for example, at first load of forum, it tels you are offline even if joomla tells is online, and after you follow first link, it corrects and you're online...

I think i am having this same issue as well. I am logged into joomla and then go to the forum and then i get told i am not logged in and have to login to joomla again.

Well since I haven't had this problem on any of my forums, I can only imagine that the problem is confined to this forum
