Kunena 7.0.9 & Kunena 6.4.14 – Security Updates Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.9 [K 7.0.9] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x./6.1.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

Joomla 1.0.15, Community Builder 1.2.1, and Kunena 1.0.11

When a new user registers for an account, they click on my Forums menu link (Categories List of Kunena), their forums look like this:

When I had Kunena 1.0.10 installed, I found a fix for this HERE ... but 1.0.11 code is different and I cant figure out how to fix this!

The new registered user only receives this error the first time they try to access the forums. After they receive this error once... they can go back to the forums and everything works great!

Can somebody help me please?

can you please enable the debug system on the joomla configuration panel for see a better error message ?

If you have do an upgrade from a previous version, try to do a clean install in removing all jos_fb tables and before don't forget to backup your database.

You could try kunena 1.5.4, for if the problem dispappear.

I did a clean install of latest Joomla 1.0 and Kunenea 1.0.11

I was using Joomla 1.5 and Kunena 1.5.4... but I had some errors and stuff with that.

So, I went down to Joomla 1.0 and Kunena 1.0.11! I still get MySQL errors and stuff :(

I dont think Kunenea is ready for a live, full production website. I've tried both versions and always receive MySQL errors and stuff doesnt work right. I post in the forums and cant get any support either! It usually takes days to get a reply, and the reply I get isnt any help!

Fresh install of everything...

Debug log and errors are above...

Error occurs when a new user registers on my site, then clicks on forums. My forums menu link is set to show Categories List of Kunena.

When I was using Kunena 1.0.10 I had the same problem. I found a fix HERE . The code for 1.0.11 is different though. I cant figure out how to fix this for 1.0.11!
