Question Cant move forum posts in 1.0.9?

Hello,

Sorry if this topic is covered elsewhere I have been searching and have not been able to find anything for this version 1.0.9…

We are using Joomla 1.0.15, and we are not able to move posts anymore? On the forum page it provides an option to move posts but there is nowhere to move them and once inside the posting they’re in only the option to merge or split? Why no option to move the posting? Can this be sorted fixed?

I advise you to upgrade to Kunena 1.0.10 because this version contains security fixes and bug fixes.

In Kunena 1.0.9, you need to use the button move at the top of the thread or at the bottom of the thread, you can't use the function selected in droplist in a category, because this is bugged in this version.

For some reason this button does not appear in the Thread options? Any ideas why that would be? Is it a setting I have missed?

Also we are using CB 1.2 not CB 1.2.1 and from what I have heard CB1.2 and 1.0.9 do not work if you can provide some information that would be helpful.

You are correct. CB 1.2.1 was not designed for K 1.0.9.

There was an issue with the missing button, but my recollection was that this occurred with K 1.0.10. See Quick Reply still does not work even with CB1.2.1

There must be a workaround to get this “Move” post option back… The code has been in these forums since day one? Where did it go? do we only need to add something into the template code to get this back? If you need anything from me I will be happy to assist in anyway I can, as we are using this on a live site… Are we the only site that does not have this “Move” posts ability?
