Question Redirect Problem

Hi, I have a little issue with how kunena handles the redirect after editing a post, with multiple pages.

The problem is if I have a post I was to edit on page 1 of 3 of a specific topic once I make the edit then hit submit, instead of returning to the post that I have edited or at least the same page of the post being edited, I get re-directed to the page 3 of 3.

This is a prob because my forum is constantly being updated with statistics and when I need to edit a post I would like for it to take right back to the same place or page I was on.

Anybody have any ideas on how I can resolve this?

Currently there is no easy way to fix this. I hate it as much as you do (and use back button), so I will fix this when we revise that code.

from the looks of it shouldn't I just be able to remove the block in "kunena.link.class.php" which calculates the latest post for that thread?

I've tried fooling with it but I am not familiar with kunena code and so have been unsuccessful in any attempts.

Any idea as to a time-frame of when this code will be revised? My users are sore about this, and I haven't the slightest idea about how to do this on my own accord.

If I knew which files to reference to I could start a little project of my own to resolve this.

Maybe you should try to use javascript back function? It would return to the same page as you were earlier.
