Question Category TAB gives several PHP errors

OK after reading more on this issue than I did at school, I went back to 1.09 and all is well

So something in the default template makes Joomla database file angry. Any ideas on what we do next?

I am on the process of migrating to joomla 1.5, but with my workload that may take some time, so I would really love to solve this.

its is not the templates at all, it is 1.10 that is the issue.
I removed that installation without removing the database files and installed 1.09 with the same dbase files and a templates and all works well.

Some work needs to be done on 1.10 to fix the issue in the categories files or relationship there of.

I need to add, further to my earlier posting in which I stated "I'm not aware of compatibility issues between CB 1.2.1 and K 1.0.9. If there are, you may also need to revert to CB 1.2 also." There are compatibility issues between CB 1.2.1 and K 1.0.9!

If you plan to use K 1.0.9 with Community Builder, you're lumbered with CB 1.2 and the problems involved in making the cbsimpleboardtab plugin work. CB 1.2.1 will only work for Kunena 1.0.10. CB 1.2.1 may work without Kunena altogether but I don't have any use for CB in that context and so I don't know the validity of such claims.

w.r.t. freddo's claims:

I disagree. I believe the primary cause of these problems lies with Joomla 1.0.x, a factor that was confirmed by almgren.
