I mean the successful post page. I want it to go directly to the the finished post.

You have to clean the cache of your browser and joomla to make it work.

Easier would be to shorten the delay, but it's also possible to send user directly to last post. The change has to be done to components/com_kunena/template/default/post.php. I'm just about to leave, so I don't have time to look how to do it, but you can look last line of sticky handling and use it in post.

This removes the successful post screen, it does not resolve the delay issue. This solution is for those who do not want the successful post screen before being redirected back to the thread.

*Note if you use this - any forum marked for review will cause confusion to the users.

Why? because when users posts, and do not see the confirmation that the post has been submitted and is up for review... after being redirected to the thread, the user will think the post did not go through... and try again.

Please consider this as the previous suggestions by moderators and developers mentioned in this topic do work, providing you edit the right files.

Thanks for the advice. By the delay I do mean the successful post screen so I see it fit to mark this issue as solved.
