Kunena 7.0.4 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

I create a rank called elite member. I would like to create a new forum category and that is dedicated to elite members only. How do I do this?

Actually this is possible, but not by using ranks. Change all VIP users to be authors in Joomla and set permissions to be authors only.

Or if you are CB user, you can do this by CBSubs plugin (commercial), but you still have to set rank by yourself, either by SQL or manually.

It is always good to note that it is just a workaroud. As it stands currently there is no real group access level capability in Kunena. I don't think certain Kunena modules work with this method.
