Question Kunena Malfunctions

Hi, I've installed Kunena 1.0.9 version after initially installing the 1.5.0a for testing. The forum is now up and running with catagories but with 3 issues.



In the top part of the screen shot you can see I have created a category with two topics. However, in the middle of the screen shot you can see there are two topics which are on the forum. One which I created and one that is the default Welcome to Kunena under the 'welcome mat' category.

As you can see at the bottom of the screen shot if I open the forum named 'Dachshunds' it shows there is a post 'I love Dachshunds'. The forum category (as shown top of screenshot) however does not display or register that this posting is there but displays a '0' under topics and last post displaying 'no posts'.

First of all I cannot delete the default Welcome Kunena topic as the welcome mat category does not show in backend! How do I delete this?

Second, the post I created does not appear to register that it has been created in the forum, so I'm not sure how to fix this.

Lastly as you can see in the bottom half of the screen shot that the tabs at the top of the forum are cut off.

How do I completely uninstall and delete all folders files for a clean install if this is the only option? Please help, thank you.
