Question I get Fatal error, when i want to logout 1.0.9

Hello,
I get a error, and the templates goes blank. I get the follow error:

Notice: Undefined variable: mainframe in /*/*/*/*/*/components/com_kunena/lib/kunena.config.class.php on line 20

Fatal error: Call to a member function getCfg() on a non-object in /*/*/*/*/*/components/com_kunena/lib/kunena.config.class.php on line 20

and on the upgrade from 1.0.8 to 1.0.9 i get a blank screen. In the phphmyadmin i export all the jos_fb files, except jos_fb_config and jos_fb_version,then deleted all the files. then a clean instal and then i imported the the files, then works, but only i get the fatal error on logout.

When you refer to files in phpmyadmin, I assume you meaning is tables in your database? Why did you do it this way? This is not according to the update procedure given id docs: docs.kunena.com/index.php/Upgrade_Instructions .

A blank screen during install normally indicate that something went wrong. I guess your logout problem is connected to your unsuccessful install.

Do you have a backup that you can restore to, so you can get a working 1.0.8 site? And the doing a uppgrade the normal way. The upgrade procedure will preserve your data. Uninstalling Kunena only removes the files, all data (post, user etc) are preservd in the database and will shows up again after installing 1.0.9.

ok, I restore 1.0.8, then remove the comp. en than i install 1.0.9, and than i get a error on the frontend,

Fatal error: Class 'smile' not found in /home/users/*/*/cms/components/com_kunena/template/default/listcat.php on line 158

This is a known bug, reported many times here. Just enable announcement ib backend and the error messages should disperse.
