Question Tooltip for quick reply and move Report to moderator

Hello,

three small suggestion:

1. make a tooltip (mouseovertext) for the quick-reply-arrow
2. move "Report to moderator" in the line of the other buttons (like Reply, Quote,...)

3. the CSS mouseover in the editor of img, file, submit, preview, cancel should be changed. You can't read the text in mouseover..

Hmm.. Good idea. I'm just not sure if we change this for 1.0.8, because of it's already in code freeze..

I think the first one is the most important, because no one knows what this arrow means. All the other more self-explanatory icons like Reply or Quote have got a tooltip. I can show where and how to code it tomorrow (I have only a few minutes with my computer since my girlfriend is in the shower... - I promised that Saturday is a computer-free-day at home...:side: )

I have better fix in my mind: I'd like to change that icon to "Quick Reply"..
