Question karma problem

Hi,

Today I discovered a problem with the karma applaud, so every time I rate someone, the page suffers a weird disorder and gets freeze in the way it looks trough the image I attached.

Is there a way to solve this?

Maybe you need to provide more information than what you have. Also there is no 24 hour help desk here. Someone will help when they can. Usually it is customary to wait 24 hours before bumping a thread. In the meantime disable the karma feature.

The fact is that I see all other new threads being answered and for me there's not even a person trying to help me in anything. Not even asking as you did now.

Well I have tried to explain the best I could..so, anyone that clicks on the applaud symbol, it happens that in the process of increasing the others karma, the webpage is redirected to the participial friezed blank has the image cropped by me shows.

Refreshing doesnt solve the issue, because It keeps on redirecting to that what Ive sent you.

I wish I could give more info, or explain even better....but better then this..I dont know!
