Hi There

Do anybody knows, how I'll be able to migrate from a old Simpleboard Mambo to Kunena Joomla?

My page are down because of some security problems. And that's sad, because of it have a story back to 1997.

It's a free newsservice on Danish. It's called NetPressen.dk

I hope someone are able to help...

Best Regards
Thomas /NetPressen.dk

Not sure but you might want to setup a test site locally and try the upgrade. I had simpleboard a long time back and have upgraded with each release.

If you goto the following url you can grab the old fireboard versions for testing, I don't think a straight upgrade to kunena will be straight forward..

joomlacode.org/gf/project/fireboard/frs/...e&frs_package_id=369

Hope that helps :)

I'm not completely sure about mambo/joomla, but shoudl be possible.

I would suggest, as rawkey, to make a local test site, and start upgrading things one on one, I'm not sure simpleboard will work in joomla, so I would first upgrade it to something that can be later upgraded from joomla...

I would also upgrade first to j1.0, before upgrading to 1.5 too
