Kunena 7.0.5 & Kunena 6.4.11 – Security Updates Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.5 [K 7.0.5] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0.

The Kunena team is also pleased to announce the eleventh version of Kunena 6.4, a native Joomla extension for Joomla! 5.0, 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4 and 6.0.

this is particulary annoying cos when you click on them you get to the forum in another order then is set in your preferences.

Try to install Kunena 1.0.8, it will fix your links.

after an update the forum configuration is overwritten! of course i got a backup, but if it not the whole point of having the config in the database (unlike fireboard, which had the config in a file) to make it easyer to update?
Kunena got the config in the database and no tables get deleted on uninstall, so you might as well release patches for updates.

Some FB based errors in the configuration table have been fixed. But it SHOULD not overwrite the whole configuration.

Is this what happened? What information was lost?

all the settings on the configuration-page. I just installed the new version and all the default settings overwrote my own settings.
