Hi,

In Fireboard, Kunena 1.0.8 and 1.0.9 it was possible to hack view.php to make mambots work...
I can't find the mambot code in 1.0.10...

Is it still possible to get mambots/plugins to work in 1.0.10 ??

I was actually interested in this similiar topic. When I transfer over the old posts from my fireboard forum many of them have
Code:
{youtube}jhsfjhs3u{/youtube}

Type of code.

I wanted videos to still work be it with entering just the URL or the ID enclosed in tags.

Good catch. I was about to upgrade an old FireBoard forum but it needs this particular bit of functionality working.

We love stars on the Joomla Extension Directory . :-)

I'm using 1pixelout-player to play parts of my radioshow in mp3.... works great...
Example code:
Code:
{audio}snake/snake310109.mp3{/audio}

I really hope the devs didn't forget this option...

Some strange things happening here....

On my test-server it didn't work.
On my production-server, which I just upgraded to 1.0.10 it just works fine :blink:

You can see and hear it in action .... click here....

I don't understand why it works but it works :woohoo:

Mambots/plugins do work in Kunena 1.0.10, but installing / upgrading Kunena 1.0.10 switches them off because of many content plugins are security risk. They have not been designed to be used by anybody -- just site administrators or authorized users.

So this option is not enabled by default anymore.

BTW: K1.0.10 is also the first release where plugins work in J!1.5
