Kunena 7.0.5 & Kunena 6.4.11 – Security Updates Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.5 [K 7.0.5] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0.

The Kunena team is also pleased to announce the eleventh version of Kunena 6.4, a native Joomla extension for Joomla! 5.0, 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4 and 6.0.

Is it possible that online users can chat ? was created by Amby
My website is educational where i will be uploading quizzes , lessons , tests and many students will be studying online .

It may be possible that a particular student has solved it and he might help others .
Is it possible that online students can chat and share knowledge ?

Isn't that the same thing a forum does? Share knowledge? As for chatr functionality currently there is is none that is native to Kunena. However I am not sure if there exists add-ons that may add it. I hacked a chat into an older version of FireBoard once. Not suer if I want to try it again.

Blastchat ( extensions.joomla.org/extensions/44/details ) is another joomla extension for this .

I was just wondering if it is a part of Kunena too ....

There are many shoutboxes for joomla already. i don't think a chat module for kunena is needed..
