Kunena 7.0.8 Released
The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.8 [K 7.0.8] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x./6.1.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

I've been watching the discussion boards very closely to see how others are handling the latest Kunena 1.0.9 which has been available since its release about 1 week ago. I've been waiting until the initial rush of reported problems died down before I proceeded to upgrade my Kunena 1.0.8 website.
Although there seemed to be a lot of initial problems, most of them were quickly dealt with and only one problem seems to remain : the need to make sure that announcements are enabled.
It might be helpful if "make sure you have announcements enabled in the backend" was included with the version 1.0.9 release notes.
