Kunena 7.0.6 & Kunena 6.4.12 – Security Updates Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.6 [K 7.0.6] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0.

The Kunena team is also pleased to announce the twelfth version of Kunena 6.4, a native Joomla extension for Joomla! 5.0, 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4 and 6.0.

Migration FB to Kunena 1.0.8 (joomla 1.0.15) was created by Muneo
I migrated from fb to kunena, and the old posts the text are missing. Some cases the texts are missing, some truncated, and some is correct.

I see one text that is missing and in database is right.

The strange is that if I press EDIT button, the text is loaded in textarea, correctly.

Could you help me???

I don't think that I'll be able to help you (I only work in the Joomla 1.5 world, because there's no support for Joomla 1.0.x anymore), but it might help someone who may be in a better position to help you, if you provided either a snapshot of your problem or a link to your website where you're having the problems.

It sounds to me like a CSS problem: incompatibility with your Joomla template.

I found error...

In view.php (com_kunena/template/default) line: 954
Code:
$fb_message_txt = smile::smileReplace($fb_message_txt, 0, $fbConfig->disemoticons, $smileyList);

After that, the $fb_message_txt trunk or hide the content. This function - smileReplace - replace smiles, bold and italic, and others.

The text is correct. My unique problem is in convertion of the code with bracket to correct html tags... :(

FYI This is also known as the empty message bug . Also discussed in the can not see post theread . :laugh:
