Kunena 6.3.0 released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 6.3.0 [K 6.3.0] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 4.4.x/5.0.x/5.1.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 6.3

Hello.
I`ve found serious problem with russian in this module

In localization file for some reason some cyrillic characters changed to "�?" - such as "Н", "с", "я" at least
May be there`s a problem in any automatization software, where u build packages or just 1 file was broken.

Corrected file (by me) /language/ru-RU/ru-RU.mod_kunenastats.ini u can found on paste.ubuntu.com/23055720/

Plz correct it in next release. Also I found old info about localization and Kunena version needed
