Kunena 7.0.9 & Kunena 6.4.14 – Security Updates Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.9 [K 7.0.9] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x./6.1.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

This category is for the module developed, endorsed, maintained and supported by the Kunena project team. The topics in this category only relate to the plugin developed for K 3.0 and later versions.

If you are having problems then, for your own benefit, it would save us all a lot of time if you would kindly post your configuration report when you ask for help from this forum. If you do not post your configuration report we will not ask you for it but you will probably not get your problem solved, either.

Hi,

By mistake I installed the newest version of the Kunena Latest module on my site, but I'm using the 2.04 version yet.

After that, I removed the module and reinstalled the 2.04 version of the module, but it's not working. It's appearing but is not bringing any posts/topics.

I didn't change any configuration but maybe something wrong was kept on the database or some hidden configuration.

My site is www.brejas.com.br/forum/
configuration is [strike]attached[/strike].

thanks for the advice

I've just tried and the new one is having the same problem.
I saved as a new module, but it is still not showing anything.

Any other idea?

(1) Talk to JomSocial about whether their JomSocial - My Kunena Forum Menu and JomSocial - My Kunena Forum Posts plugins are suitable for K 3.0; and then
(2) Upgrade from K 2.0.4 to K 3.0.1 and then upgrade Kunena Latest module

... and see if these things resolve your problems.

My advice is to use the backup you took before you did the "wrong" install in the first place and restore your site to its earlier [working] state.
