Question "Thank you" without reload?

Dear developers.

Would it be possible to implement a "Thank you" feature that does not trigger a reload of the page? Sometimes it is really annoying if you push the "thank you" button in five posts in the same thread and this thread loads over and over again.

In my installation, the page is not reloaded after a "Thank you" but only the text "The following users thanked: xxxxx" is inserted at the bottom.

How did you manage that? Even here in the Kunena Support forum the page is reloading after a "Thank You".

I only use the standard templates Cassiopeia and Aurelia without any special settings. I tested with Joomla 5.0.3 and Kunena 6.2.4
To test this, I selected a post in the middle of a topic and clicked on "Thank you".
The post only moved by the inserted line and I did not notice that the topic was reloaded.
I was also able to call up the overview (Recent Topics) without saving.

I switched to the "Cassiopeia" Site template and the "Aurelia" Kunena template, but this did not change anything for me. As soon as I push the "Thank you" button, the current page reloads.

May I ask you which OS and/or browser you are using?

Can reproduce with different templates (Joomla and Kunena) and J4 and J5. Furthermore I see that webdeveloper network inspection shows a http 303 statuscode which means a "redirect".

My operating system is OpenSUSE Leap 15.5 and I use the Firefox browser 115.8.0esr
I have just noticed that in the forum here the page is reloaded when I say "Thank you".
I also had problems quoting the post, I couldn't write below it and had to copy and paste the post.

After running more tests with J5.0.2 and J5.0.3, even with the cache cleared, I have to admit that my view that the page does not reload is wrong.
In my tests I always had the post flush at the top of the window. Not much has changed with "Thank you", only the line has been inserted.
Now I have tested with the post at the bottom of the window and found that the page is reloaded after all and the post at the top of the window is displayed flush.
Sorry for the wrong information.
