Hello.
I am trying to get the "Content - Kunena Discuss" plugin set up and thought I had it set up correctly, but then noticed a couple weird things.
The first is that when I run the Diagnostics, I get the following error for any topics created by the plugin: topicInSection TEST FAILED 2 issues DELETE BROKEN ITEMS
Secondly, I can see the topics in the "Recent Posts" section, but if I try to navigate the Index and go to the category where the topics are created the category show how many topics there are, but I can't see them. They are only visible on the "Recent Posts" page.
Are these known bugs with this plugin? Are others seeing this issue? Have others worked through these issues?
Any help or guidance would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Maybe it is due to the plugin version. Can you try with attached version? I can't reproduce it with Kunena 6.3.9 and Discuss 6.0.6

I installed the version you attached. I was running 6.0.5 not 6.0.6. It didn't make a difference though. I still get that same error in the diagnostics.
I did use the diagnostics to fix the errors, and then visited the articles again to recreate the topics in Kunena.
If I look in the diagnostics I see the same error, and I still don't see the topics when I browse the index. They only appear in the recent posts.
I will admit I am sort of new to Kunena. I used to year ago on one website but they decided to drop the forum in the end, and I haven't had a need for a forum until now.
Could I have Kunena set up wrong? Any other thoughts on what could be going wrong?

Hard to say. Try enabling Discuss debug on tab Advanced and Kunena debug on Kunena Configuration tab General. And you might as well post a configuration report here.

I ended up figuring it out. I had the categories set up wrong. I missed the fact that I needed at least one top level category that would be a section. It is posting properly now.
However now the category that the article discussions are posted two say it has 4 topics and there are only 2. I tried using the Recount Statistics tool, but it errors out and says: "An error has occurred. 0 Division by zero"
Is there any way for me to fix the topic counts at this point, or have I really messed this up?
