Hello,
i would like to asks where i can change the user view/write permissions in discuss.

I'm locked in as a super user and i can see the Discuss plugin under me article... but if I'm locked as a normal register user or as a guest i don't see the discuss...

The Forum is shown normal to everybody.. only the discuss is not shown.

Please help!

It's not managed by the plugin, but the component (forum) itself.

In the "Security" tab of the component configurations, you'll find a setting "Allow Guests to Post/Write". This is general configuration allowing not registered users to post on the forum.

As regards differences between super user and just registered, check permissions set in the "Category Manager" section for the category in case (check tab "Category Permissions")
