Solved Email warning about a failed task 7.1.0-BETA4 (2026-09-29)

I am using version 7.1.0-BETA4 (2026-09-29) in Joomla 6.1.4.
When I log in as an administrator, I receive an email with the following text:

Execution of scheduled task #7, "Kunena - Clean pending attachments," failed with exit code 5 on Thursday, October 1, 2026, at 06:04.

I am also using version 7.1.0-BETA4 (29 September 2026) with Joomla 6.1.4
 In the Kunena Dashboard/Tools/Diagnostics, two errors are displayed.
 movedMissingTopic    TEST FAILED    1 issues
 attachmentOrphaned    TEST FAILED    346 issues
 Perhaps there is a connection here?

Enable logging and set a filename for log file, in the parameters of the task "Kunena - Clean pending attachments" :

 

And try a new time to launch the task

Okay, if I enter the filename there, I still get that little triangle with exit code 5, but the emails don't arrive.
However, this is on a live hosting site.
If I run the same site on WampServer, I don't get that triangle,
and I don't get any notification emails either,
so it might be something to do with my settings at the Vimexx host I'll compare them further.

The task which got an error is the cleaning attachment, on your screenshot there is nothing on the send mails notififications.

Do-you have looked in backend under Kunena -> mailsqueues to see if there are entries ? And what are the status of them ?
