Kunena 7.0.2 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.2 [K 7.0.2] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.3.x/5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

I am getting a 403 forbidden error on my new topic menu page403 Forbidden : You do not have permissions to start a new topic! Or you haven't created/published a top level category !You may not be able to visit this page because of:
  1. an out-of-date bookmark/favourite
  2. a search engine that has an out-of-date listing for this site
  3. JERROR_LAYOUT_MIS_TYPED_ADDRESS
  4. you have no access to this page
  5. The requested resource was not found.
  6. An error has occurred while processing your request.

I have check permissions and can not find where it specifies who can add a new topic.  I have created a top-level category, and it is the default for all users.  What have I missed?

I can only see a top level in your image. You also need a category to be able to open topics in it.
