Kunena 6.1.0 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 6.1.0 [K 6.1.0] which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 4.3.x & J! 4.2.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.0 and issues discovered during the development stages of K 6.0

Topics that are moved into this category are considered to be closed. Users may want to add additional information but these topics should not be resurrected in order to discuss new problems or unrelated matters.

User post statistic not correct was created by tlweb
Hi,

My users total posts statistic is way off (almost double).

According to statistics i should have total of 24237 posts (while in #_kunena_messages total of 24265 rows in db tho)

When i do a quick export of the #_kunena_users table and count the total of column "posts" it is 47526.

This is after i used the forum tool "update statistics" to recount the user stats.

Any takes on this?

Aha. ok that counts for the discrepancy of 50. But how about the almost 24K difference in user posts totals?

The messages discrepancy was just a side note.

The problem is with the user statistic in the profile and in the user details next to the posts.

The post count there is way off. Even after i do a recount statistics.

I checked the database table kunena_users as that is where that statistic is stored:



I summed up all the fields in that column and it totalled 47526. While only 24237 messages were ever written.

Yes that's wrong.

go to administrator/index.php?option=com_kunena&view=tools&layout=diagnostics

and fix the errors, if there are any. Then do user sync, then do category recount

WOW Very handy URL! :D nice.

Indeed several issues came up. Two i was able to fix. One displays:

MovedAndMessages TEST MISLUKT 15 problemen

No details about what topics are giving these issues. Do you know how to find out more about this?

zoek eens naar moved_id

Migratie van XMB forums maar heb je migrator ontslagen want ze bakte er niks van. Oke lege topics ga ik op zoek in de DB. Ik zag inderdaad zo'n 30 lege berichten al.
