I just performed two installs on a JUpgrade Joomla version 2.5.9 with Kunena pkg_kunena_v3.0.0-BETA1_2013-04-02

The install on a clean (no kunena tables) worked without problems.
On another install I installed the old sql tables first before performing the Kunena install.
It told me everything worked but looking at the details I got next messages.

Prepare Installation ... OK
Installing Kunena - Alphauserpoints plug-in ... OK
Installing Kunena - Community plug-in ... OK
Installing Kunena - Comprofiler plug-in ... OK
Installing Kunena - Gravatar plug-in ... OK
Installing Kunena - Uddeim plug-in ... OK
Installing Kunena - Kunena plug-in ... OK
Installing Kunena - Joomla plug-in ... OK
Create kunena_aliases ... OK
Create kunena_configuration ... OK
Create kunena_keywords ... OK
Create kunena_keywords_map ... OK
Create kunena_topics ... OK
Create kunena_user_categories ... OK
Create kunena_user_read ... OK
Create kunena_user_topics ... OK
Include 2.0.0-2011-12-14_aliases.php ... FAILED
Database upgraded to version 2.0.0-DEV6 ... OK

p.s. Old tables were from version 1.6.4 and contains about 35.000 replies and topics.

Kind regards
Leon

If it's worth a next test just let me know. I just have to be in this train to get it working, cause other upgrades all stall :-(
