Solved All messages marked as "pending approval"

I run a closed community Kunena forum site. I upgraded to Kunena 7.01 about a month ago and had no issues. All forum threads are set to allow registered users to post without moderator approval. About a week ago, I noticed that all registered user posts were being marked as pending approval. My super user account can post directly to any forum as expected. All normal registered users postings, however, get queued for approval. The only thing that changed in the environment is the recent upgrade to Joomla 5.4.3. I have further checked the database for optimization and permissions and reinstalled all Joomla core files. Everything comes back clean. I wanted to ask if anyone else has run into a similar problem with these parameters. Again the problem seems to have arisen just in the last week, and I am at a loss as all forum settings and permissions are the same as they have been with this site properly running for years. My thanks for any thoughts or feedback.

in Kunena Configuration, tab Security what value is set for 'Moderate New Users'?

The field contains contains the numerical value "1000000" (minus quotes). I inherited the site from a prior administrator and have never adjusted this value.

Can you set that to 0
Zero means no moderation for the user messages, the number here is the number of messages a user needs to post that will need approval.

I set this value to "0" (minus quotes) and that fixed the problem. I thank you VERY much for pointing me in the right direction.
