The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

Timeout After Submitting Posts Since Kunena Update was created by olimpo88
After updating to the latest version of Kunena, I have encountered a problem affecting all users. When submitting a post or a reply, the page hangs for a long time and eventually times out. However, when users return to the forum, the post has been submitted successfully.After several tests, I discovered that the issue disappears if I disable the "Kunena - Joomla Integration" plugin. Unfortunately, disabling this plugin also makes my forum completely private, which is not acceptable in our case, as we allow unregistered users to read the forum.
For now, I was able to work around the issue by keeping the plugin active but disabling the "Enable Joomla Login" option. This seems to prevent the timeout, and the forum remains public.I just stopped by to report this. Thank you for your continued work maintaining Kunena.

Your menus are not configured correctly. At some point (not always immediately) this will have an effect and errors may occur.
Kunena needs a working menu to work properly. Links of other menus, which are linked to the forum, must be Menu Item Type = Menu Item Alias (see the here) .
In addition, your Kunena menu item Home links to a menu item with the ID 101, which apparently does not exist.
Please fix your Kunena menu, then clear Joomla and browser cache and check if the problem is solved.

Thank Rich, I already made those changes to the menu. I thought the problem was solved, but the issue persists. It occurs when a user creates a topic and another user replies. That is, if I create a topic and reply to it, everything works normally. If someone tries to reply to me, the backend submission process ends (because the message is created), but the user's page doesn't reload.

Solved, to update Kunena, I had to update Joomla to version 5. During the process, something went wrong with the email.
This causes the Kunena process to try to send an email when submitting, but it never sends and dies due to a timeout.
