Kunena 7.0.4 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

Exactly what I thought. You've messed things up somehow. Structure is from 6.3.10 for both sites, but it shouldn't give you the error in your 6.3.10 site. For 6.4.2 table structure somehow hasn't been updated and is wrong.
If possible restore working backup for both sites.

Can you please tell us which version of Kunena 6.3 you are using?
The database structures are also outdated for Kunena 6.3. twitter, for example, was converted to x_social a long time ago.
