Hi.

I have updated to Kunena 6.2.0, downloading package from kunena.org (updating through Joomla updating system didn't work).

As a result, I got this screenshot.

Anyway, as far as I can see, the extension is working.

Do I have to do anything?

    Nothing to do with the cache, it's because during install it convert all columns in ut8_mb4 in kunena tables which aren't in this format, when you use MySQL if the column is in varchar(255) it doens’t want to convert it.

    So it convert the columns which are in varchar(255) to varchar(250), so now if you reinstall the package of 6.2.0 you won't see this error anymore and all the columns will be in utf8_mb4

    I reinstalled 6.2.0 Kunena package and got the error page you see in the attached screenshot. Luckily, I tried on a demo copy of my site....

    strange when I look at which version Kunena uses your site newe and sample
    I see that it is listed on Kunena 6.2, so maybe the site is using a security extension?
    or by cache memory?
    and the demo site is offline for maintenance
    and the website new there forum seems to work well, right?

    I got the error message "Invalide extension update" and "Error updating package" when I tried to install K6.2 via the Joomla Installer. Therefore I have installed the downloaded file.
    The error message "Kunena 6.0 has not been installed, aborting!" I got when I wanted to install the K6.0 language file via the Joomla Installer but K6.2 was not installed yet.

    @Gindi
    What happens if you first uninstall Kunena via the Joomla Installer and then install K6.2?
