After upgrading a test site, everything seems to be going well.
However, when posting a response to an old question or new question, this warning appears

"You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MariaDB server version for the right syntax to use near 'testing whether my diary lets me know by email that there is something new,16,Array,... 'at line 3"

the answer or new question has been sent successfully.
However, a new empty editor image is also started immediately
the editor returns after posting message with topic title

I tried but now I get

"Table 'leren.x456p_kunena_mails_queue' doesn't exist"

I may have made a mistake, but I'll check again tomorrow

In a clean installation of Joomla version beta2-dev and Kunena 6.2.0-BETA1
I no longer had a message after the Fix.
But I  found  there
Code:
xxxxx_kunena_mails_queue
in the database from the clean install test.
On the geupgrade website That table is not yet included in the database website
ps
So as a test I now also added the fix and the xxxxx_kunena_mails_queue table into the upgraded database site and the warning message is now gone

I have just figured out where the issue was, it's fixed with : github.com/Kunena/Kunena-Forum/commit/4c...00790cedbe5715c22627

I always check the Kunena dashboard after Update or upgrade to see if everything is working properly there, so I assume that the database is also updated.
But I have now also done your last fix so will try again
that didn't help
this `xxxxx_kunena_mails_queue` table is not created in the updated kunena version.
ps
I locally added and installed all the fix changes in the kunenainstall, zip file then everything seems to be going well
without any database warning messages when I create or respond to a topic
