I deleted the entire Joomla as well as Kunena and have started over. I've set the SEO reccomendations and changed file name to .htaccess as Joomla requires. I have followed everything about the Kunena install and again, all broken links outside of home page.
What may be important to note is that I am trying to use the forum home page as the site home page. So no website/forum/'m after.
Any recommendations on why all links off kunena home page are 404? Between the modules, menu's, etc., I am missing something. I was hoping to simply install the sample data forum and start modifying text to my own, no such luck.

This is all installed on a sub-domain, may matter.
This is a brand new site, there is nothing sensitive about my install. Maybe I could give an expert login to poke around and get it working, or find out why it is not working?
Home page of sub-domain is the forum, which I want, any page outside of home is broken 404.
