If your Joomla template use its own bootstrap.css, disable in the Aurelia setting Load bootstrap.css

Sorry, I had overlooked it.

Rendering Error in layout Topic/List: syntax error, unexpected 'int' (T_STRING), expecting function (T_FUNCTION) or const (T_CONST). Please enable debug mode for more information.

Did you enable the debug mode? Set error reporting to maximum (Joomla Global Configuration tab System and tab Server). Also enable the Kunena debug in the Kunena configuration (tab General). There should be a more accurate error message.

did you set error reporting to maximum? General settings>tab server
and  also General Settings > System tab > System Debugging
then maybe there will be a little more info about error message.
and your template is based on helix , for example, had an error
Code:
\shaper_helixultimate\html\mod_menu\default_component.php on line 11

you can also put your link to the website without ww and https i think .
Have you also tested whether the problem is gone if you use the original Cassiopeia joomla template?
It might also be useful if you post a report configuration here
www.kunena.org/docs/en/manual/backend/to...report-configuration

    ok what I have done
Steps
Made a new database.
Deleted all files.
redownloaded Kunena
Install with Quickstart the joomla / rythm theme
Updated both rythem and helix pagebuilder
Updated Joomla to 4.1.5
Then added Kunena with the addons I need bare min.
Made sure the load boot strap was turned off
All with the same error.
At this point I would really like someone to take a look at it from the back side. please

Kind Regards,
R. Baker
