Kunena 7.0.4 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

I know this issue seems to recur, and have tried what I can.
I've made sure that the avatar image max size and the file upload max size , and the image upload size are all identical.
I have checked my main menu link to the forum id of type menu item alias


I would be grateful please for a pointer what to try next.

Still struggling with this issue - grateful for any help please
Am trying to run the update to K5.1 but having problems with that as well "invalid extension update" (separate topic created)
I'm hoping that maybe when the second of these issues is solved the first issue will go away as well!
