Question Does not redirect after creating new topic

Hello, today update to the latest version of kunena, now I have a problem, to create a new post the site is loading and does not redirect.the system should redirect it to see the post.
The user does not know what to do and press the send button again, duplicating the topic.

The same problem occurs, when commenting on a topic even in quick response.
