Question Fatal error when trying to moderate a message

Apparently, the problem lies in the JSN Shine template. I now switched to Crypsisb3 and this works.

Is this normal that the recaptcha loops for +5 minutes?

We don't know this template. You should report this error to your template author. Maybe it's a known bug.

It's not normal, maybe it was a connection disorder. Or exists the problem permanently?

Thanks rich. I reported the problem to JoomlaShine..
As for the recaptcha, I have to repeat the picture game at least 10-20 times until recapture is convinced that I'm not a robot. This happens every time when I contact the forum (registration and posting a message).

we can't change the behavior of the recaptcha, that's done by google. Maybe you are in a bad ip range that google thinks are used by bots.
