Kunena 6.4.8 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 6.4.8 [K 6.4.8] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.0.x/5.1.x/5.2.x/5.3.x/5.4.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 6.4
Important note: Go to the Kunena Dashboard after an upgrade so that the Kunena database tables are also updated. This is particularly necessary for major version jumps so that the table changes are adapted.

This is a continuation of this problem:

The problem never went away but for a while I had it narrowed down to jpg, png and other image formats.
It persisted through the upgrade to Kunena 5 and the problem I describe below affects also Kunena 5.

Although the annswer in the forum is incorrect, the problem is not in Crypsis, Crypsisb3 works fine when the actual problem is solved.
The actual problem was that I hadn't defined max width and height for images in Kunena settings. I had set max filesize but not pixel limits. This prevented any kind of attachments from being uploaded and attached to messages. Now that that is fixed attachments work.
I rather think there SHOULD be a warning in the settings that if you do not set those pixel limits to width and height you can't attach files to messages.

I've tested it. You're right, it should be a warning. I will create a ticket on git.
