Kunena 7.0.4 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

Corrupt/Grey(Gray) images was created by mlines

Sometimes, when a user uploads an image into Kunena it comes out grey(gray - both spellings to aid search!) with only a small edge of the original picture on the right.

I think it is related to portrait mode pictures from iphones but I cannot determine the true reason it does it occasionally.

This happens to different users at seemingly random times.

can be a php bug, can you check if there are any updates for php, or ask your hoster to update.

User has now updated the picture so I have reproduced the problem here.

I also think it is something perhaps with the underlying system but it only does it in Kunena. I have full admin of the server and it is fully updated as far as I am aware as I use Webmin to update it.

its a gd issue, could you add the kunena report, also could you upload here the image, so we can check it also.

Could you also insert into the message, then we can check if its a server issue.
